1. Introduction
CircinoNow LLC (“CircinoNow”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the websites www.circinonow.com and related subdomains (“Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.

By creating an account, activating a provisioned account, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

 

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CircinoNow. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase subscription plans.

 

3. License to Use the Platform
CircinoNow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal career development.

 

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Platform

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Platform

• Use the Platform to build a competing product

• Interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality

 

4. Account Creation & Partner Provisioned Accounts
CircinoNow accounts may be created in multiple ways.

 

4.1 User-Created Accounts
You may create an account directly on the Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

 

4.2 Partner-Provisioned Accounts
CircinoNow works with partners, including Talent Partners and Hope Partners, who may facilitate account creation for their members. Your account may be created through one of the following methods:

(a) Bulk Provisioning by CircinoNow
A partner may provide a list of users to CircinoNow. CircinoNow may create accounts on behalf of those users based on the information supplied by the partner.

(b) Partner-Created Accounts
A partner may manually create an account for you using CircinoNow’s Talent Manager tools.

​

(c) Partner-Initiated Invitations
A partner may send you an invitation to join CircinoNow. CircinoNow may create a pending account associated with your email address. You may activate the account by completing the registration process.

4.3 Acceptance of Terms
Regardless of how your account is created, you agree to these Terms once you:

• Access the Platform,

• Activate a provisioned account, or

• Use any CircinoNow features.

4.4 Partner Responsibility
Partners are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis, consent, or contractual right to provide user information to CircinoNow for account creation.

CircinoNow is not responsible for partner misuse of user data outside the Platform.

4.5 User Control After Activation

• Once you activate or access your account, you may:

• Update your personal information

• Change your password

• Manage your public profile visibility

• Manage your subscription

• Delete your account

 

You assume full responsibility for the account after activation.

5. User Content
“User Content” includes resumes, PDFs, profile information, About Me content, DISC results, and any content you upload or generate using the Platform.

 

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to your User Content

• Your content does not violate any laws or third‑party rights

 

You grant CircinoNow a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

CircinoNow does not distribute your resume or profile to employers or job platforms.

6. Public Profile & Showcase Pages
CircinoNow provides public profile pages (“Showcase Pages”) that allow you to present your career profile.

 

You acknowledge:

• Public visibility is on by default for Showcase Pages.

• You may turn visibility off at any time in your settings.

• When visibility is on, your profile may be accessible to the public and may be indexed by search engines.

• Anyone with the link may view your public profile.

• You are responsible for the content you publish publicly.

 

CircinoNow does not actively push your profile to employers or job boards.

 

7. AI‑Generated Content & DISC Insights
CircinoNow uses AI and DISC-based personality models to provide:

• Career profile generation

• Resume creation and enhancement

• Cover letter generation

• Job fit analysis

• Interview question suggestions

• Skill recommendations

• Multilingual translations

• Personality-based career insights

 

You acknowledge that:

• AI output may contain inaccuracies

• AI output is informational only

• DISC insights are not psychological, medical, or professional advice

• You must review and verify all generated content

• You are responsible for decisions made using AI or DISC insights

 

CircinoNow is not liable for career decisions or outcomes influenced by AI or DISC insights.

 

8. No Guarantee of Career Outcomes
CircinoNow does not:

• Guarantee job placement

• Guarantee interview selection

• Guarantee hiring outcomes

• Display job listings

• Facilitate job matching

• Interact with employers on your behalf

 

CircinoNow provides tools and insights only.

 

9. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use the Platform to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

• Upload malware or harmful code

• Scrape or harvest user data

• Create automated or fraudulent accounts

• Abuse AI tools or bypass Fair Use limits

• Interfere with Platform functionality

• Impersonate others

• Violate any applicable laws

 

Violations may result in account termination.

10. Subscription Plans, Billing, Free Trial & Fair Use
CircinoNow offers Free, Student, Pro Monthly, and Pro Quarterly plans.

10.1 Auto-Renewal
Paid plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

​

10.2 Free Trial
You may try all features for free. You will only be charged after your trial ends. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

10.3 Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

​

10.4 Fair Use Policy
To maintain system performance and fairness:

• Unlimited AI Credits: Fair Use applies. Extremely high usage may be temporarily restricted.

• Unlimited Career Profiles: Fair Use applies. Unusually high numbers may be limited.

• Usage resets monthly.

 

CircinoNow may adjust limits to maintain service quality.

11. Third‑Party Links
CircinoNow may contain links to third‑party websites.

 

CircinoNow is not responsible for:

• Content

• Policies

• Services

Use hird‑party sites at your own risk.

 

12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

CircinoNow does not warrant:

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Availability

• Security

• Error-free operation

 

All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircinoNow is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Decisions made based on AI or DISC insights

• Issues arising from public profile visibility chosen by the user

• Actions of partners or third parties

• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content

• Translation inaccuracies

 

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

14. DMCA Copyright Policy
CircinoNow complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

 

If you believe content on CircinoNow infringes your copyright, email:

Subject: “Copyright Infringement”

 

Include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work

• Identification of infringing material

• Your contact information

• A good‑faith statement

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act

 

CircinoNow may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

 

15. Termination
CircinoNow may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time.

Termination may result in deletion of your User Content.

 

16. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive electronic communications from CircinoNow.

 

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
