Yes, you can update your Career Profile at any time using the Career Profile Manager tool.

To edit your Career Profile:

1. Go to the Career Profile Manager You can find this under the Create & Manage section in My Studio or the navigation menu.

2. Select the career profile If you’ve created multiple profiles, choose the one you want to update.

3. Navigate to the section you want to edit Each part of the profile (e.g., Work History, Skills, Summary) is editable individually.

4. Make your changes Update the content directly in the fields provided.

5. Click Save Changes are not saved automatically. Be sure to click the Save button after editing.

Your updates will be reflected in any tools that use the Career Profile as input, including resume builders, personalization tools, and your showcase page.

Your Career Profile Showcase page is automatically created and ready to share as soon as you build a profile.

How it works:

• If you’ve created only one Career Profile, it will automatically be shown to anyone who visits your unique showcase URL.

• If you’ve created multiple profiles, your designated primary profile will always be displayed.

• If you’ve saved profiles in different languages, your Career Profile Showcase will detect the viewer’s language and display the appropriate version automatically.

Ways to share your Career Profile:

• Use your QR Code Go to the My QR Code page and select the Career Profile tab. Show the QR code to others in real time (e.g., networking events or meetups) — when scanned, it opens your live showcase page.

• Use the Share tools on your showcase page Scroll to the bottom of your Career Profile Showcase page and find the Share My Career Profile section:

  • Click any social media icon to post your profile directly to that platform.

  • Click the 🔗 icon to copy your profile URL and share it however you like (email, messaging apps, etc.).

Your profile is always live and ready to share — no need to manually publish or activate anything.

On tool page, you’ll find a dropdown labeled "Show page in" — this lets you view the page in a localized language of your choice. When you select a language, the tool interface and built-in content will automatically update to that language.

This feature helps you use CircinoNow more comfortably in your preferred language, whether you're creating your profile, personalizing your content, or showcasing your work.

Note: Custom content (like user-written text) will remain in the original language unless you update it manually.

On some tool pages, you’ll see two language dropdowns:

• "Show page in" changes the interface language — it lets you use the tool in the language you’re most comfortable with.

• "Generate result in" controls the output language — it lets you generate the result (such as a profile section or content) in a different language, regardless of the interface language.

This gives you full flexibility. For example, you can work with the tool in your native language but create output in English (or any other supported language) to fit your audience or application needs.

To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the My Account page:

• Click the Member login menu in the upper right-hand corner.

• From the dropdown, select My Account.

2. Find the “Login Info” section:

• On the My Account page, scroll down to the Login Info section.

3. Click “Change Password”:

• This will open the password change screen.

4. Enter your passwords:

• Input your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.

5. Click the “Change” button:

• Once you've entered your passwords, click Change to save your new password.

• If you don’t have access to a specific tool or function, an Upgrade button will appear.

• Clicking the Upgrade button will take you to the Pricing Plans page where you can view and select available plans.

A "Slug" is the unique part of your public profile that links to your dedicated Showcase pages (like your About Me, Career Profile, or Calendar). It’s what appears after the main site address—e.g.,

Yes! You can customize the slug to create a more memorable and professional URL for your CircinoNow showcase page (e.g., circinonow.com/me/john-smith).

​Follow the steps below to change your slig:

• Go to My Account page.

• Click on the 'Account Setting' button on the left control panel.

• Look for input field labeled as 'Slug for Showcase pages'. Your existing slug is displayed in the input field.

• Click into the field, delete the current slug, and type your new one.

  • ✅ Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

  • ❌ Do not use spaces or special characters.

• Once you’ve entered a valid slug, click the Update button.

• Check for confirmation

  • If the slug is available, it will be updated immediately.

  • If it’s already in use or invalid, you’ll see an error message — try a different one (e.g., add a number or nickname).
