Is there any cost to our organization?
No. All three partnership tiers are completely free to your organization. Sponsored seats are funded by CircinoNow. Your portal listing remains free as long as there are active participating members. Coupons are provided at no cost for you to distribute.

What do members need to do to keep their seats?
Members need to complete their onboarding profile and participate in one post-access survey within the first 60 days of the free period. That's it.

Do you support languages other than Spanish?
Yes — CircinoNow supports 315 language variants, including Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Tagalog/Filipino, Russian, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, French, Malay, and hundreds more. If your community speaks it, we almost certainly support it.

How many sponsored seats can we request?
Seat allocations are determined during the partnership application based on your organization’s size and the community you support. We work with organizations of all sizes to better serve their members.

Can we use the Talent Insights data in grant reports?
Absolutely — that’s exactly what it’s designed for. The online snapshot includes onboarding numbers, profile completion rates, resumes generated, interview practice sessions completed, and additional engagement metrics you can use directly in grant reports.

How long does the application process take?
We review applications within one business week. Once approved, our team will reach out to schedule a discovery conversation and discuss the MOU. After the MOU is signed, your portal listing goes live and your seat codes are issued within one week.
